Plain-language terms covering how you use MedPlus and what we promise (and don't).
Service
MedPlus connects you to MDCN-verified doctors, NMCN-licensed nurses, and PCN-licensed pharmacies. We are a platform — care decisions are made by licensed clinicians on the platform.
Eligibility
You must be 18+ or have parental consent. MedPlus is for use within Nigeria.
Acceptable use
- Provide accurate information about yourself and the patient.
- Don't impersonate a healthcare provider unless verified by us.
- Don't attempt to reverse-engineer the Verified ID system.
Payments & cancellations
Paystack-secured. Cancellations are full-refundable up to 30 minutes before a scheduled visit; on-demand cancellations after provider acceptance may incur a small fee.
Clinical decisions
MedPlus is not a substitute for emergency care. For emergencies, call your local emergency services.
Liability
Clinicians on MedPlus carry their own malpractice cover; the platform carries platform-level liability cover. Specifics on request to the DPO.
